Galvanized Steel Water Tanks

Galvanized Steel Water Tanks are water storage tanks produced in modular parts using (ST 37) hot dip galvanizing steel materials.

HYGIENE: It provides the storage and protection of the water under more reliable and healthier conditions. It does not smell or produce germs. It does not produce algae.

DURABILITY: There is no risk of swelling and explosion since the panels are strengthened by cold forming in high power presses.

TRANSPORTATION / INSTALLATION: Tank assembly is done with special bolt tightening machines. When requested, it can be easily broken down and mounted in another place. It can be easily mounted on the preferred floor, on high platforms, on the roof, on towers or at any other desired places. The installation is done by the experienced staff. Tightness tests performed after installation.

Hot Dip Galvanization (ST 37)

The process of coating the steel with zinc is called galvanization. Zinc has a natural resistance to corrosion. In this way, zinc-coated steel is protected against corrosion. There are several ways to galvanize steel. Galvanized steel has been used in different applications for nearly a hundred years.

Galvanizing is done by immersing the steel in tanks filled with melted high temperature zinc. This process is called “hot dip galvanization”. The process of immersing steel in tanks filled with electrolyte solution and coating it with zinc is called “electrolyte-galvanization”. In the electrolyte galvanizing process, it is easier to adjust the thickness of zinc. While hot dip galvanizing process, galvanization process can be performed by giving different colors to zinc if desired.
